Ballerina Girl

Here's my attempt at craftiness. I'd seen these skirts for sale for $25-30. I thought they were so cute and that it would be a fun project Hallie and I could do together. Turns out she didn't want anything to do with the creation part of it, but likes to play with the completed project. It was actually really easy. It only took about 20 minutes and only cost about $5 to make. The top picture looks blurry but isn't. It's just all the layers of tulle.
